The debate ranges over what makes a good writer. What trait does one need to be a writer?

The sign of a true writer is that every scrap of paper, every napkin within reach is covered with words. Black pen, felt tip, green ballpoint words fill every inch of white space. Vertically at first then diminutive droppings along the side.

There is nothing left to scribble on, yet the words still come over the falls…
